Solo ($200) covers takeoff, material pricing, and the proposal for mostly self-performed work. Crew ($399) adds guest RFQ links, returned quotes, and visible SELF/SUB coverage — the full Plan-to-Bid Loop. Shop ($699) is the same loop at higher volume.
What we will not claim yet
We will not say this wins more bids, replaces an estimator, or finishes every takeoff in ten minutes until real jobs have been measured. The honest offer is a reviewable path from plan set to proposal, with a first-takeoff refund if it does not earn its keep.
